Department: Marketing

Scope / Job Purpose
Maintains and executes a robust marketing content calendar; including social media platforms, email campaigns, print ads, web banners, and more. Participates in the planning, organization, and execution of events for both internal and external stakeholders. Interfaces with, and provides support to, individuals from various internal departments and external customers.
The Ideal Candidate
Photography and Videography experience is a must. ( please submit links of work with resume - REQUIRED )
Experience with Sony camera equipment is a plus, but not required
Well-organized and capable of prioritizing multiple widely-varying assignments with outstanding attention to detail
Has some experience with basic HTML, WYSIWYG Editors, or willing to learn
Comfortable interacting with a variety of individuals both inside and outside the company,
Understands and appreciates the role of the Marketing Department
Understands the need for a unique brand identity, and can help shape that identity,
Is a team player, willing to share responsibility and get their hands dirty,
Is passionate about providing outstanding customer service, and has a desire to learn, develop new skills, and grow in the role.
Education and Experience
High School diploma or equivalent (required)
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred)
1+ years experience working in an office setting (preferred)

Critical thinking & decision-making skills
Strict attention to detail (including for proof-reading, brand standards, and data management)
Professional communication in phone, email, and in-person conversations
Understanding of, and appreciation for, maintaining brand voice and brand standards
Writing for email, social media, and other customer-facing applications
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs
Willingness to handle a wide variety of assignments, ranging from packing and shipping boxes to providing creative input for promotions and marketing programs

MailChimp (or similar email management suite) (preferred)
Shopify (or similar website management tool) (preferred)

Accounting Clerk
Department: Accounting Hours/Week: Part-Time Approx. 20-30hrs Pay: Negotiable

Accounts Payable - Enter, process, and reconcile invoices received. Ensure we have been billed correct rates and credits are applied correctly. Contact vendors for questions and resolve issues on invoices including incorrect invoices or invoices that credits have not been applied or we have not received proper credit for the previous billing. Process applicable state tax.
Accounts Receivable - Prepare invoices and payment activity reports and send statements to customers. Enter information in the accounting system including posting payments to accounts from credit card and check payments. Answer customer’s inquiries and resolve disputes regarding billing statements, payments made, overdue accounts, credits, and other general payment questions.
You possess/are:
High School Diploma or equivalent (required); Associates/Bachelor’s degree preferred
Demonstrated customer/client focused knowledge via 1 to 2 years of Accounting and/or AP/AR experience
Intermediate proficiency using Microsoft Excel, as well as QuickBooks knowledge
Achievement oriented with focus on obtaining high quality results while embracing challenges
