Requests for returns must be made within 30 days of the shipment received date. Buyer's remorse returns do require the end user to ship the item back to us. Items must arrive in the original box in new resalable condition. Please make sure you package returns well and use tracking. If the item is expensive we also suggest the use of shipping insurance. If the item returns damaged refund cannot be given.

Once the item(s) are delivered & inspected for re-sale, a refund will be issued less a 5%-15 re-stock fee depending on the size of the package. Large items expect 15%, small items expect 5%.  This is to cover freight costs that we paid for to get the item to you.

Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products, Paragon will correct at our expense. Please contact customer service (Contact Us) for assistance with any return. 

Warranty of Paragon products only apply to the original purchaser. They do not apply to second hand sales.  Other manufactures policies apply to their own products and are not warrantied by Paragon.
